Your mission as a Full Stack Engineer at Paperless Parts is to have a huge impact on our team, customers, and the global manufacturing industry. You’ll work like hell and accelerate your skills and career to new levels. You will collaborate with awesome teammates to deliver valuable features to our users with high quality and on a predictable schedule. We rally as a team to meet deadlines for sprints, demos, and deliverables to customers, all in the name of turning a scrappy startup into the champion of American manufacturing. You work with product managers and engineers to develop simple solutions to complex technical challenges, while considering latency, security, and scalability. You are passionate about writing clear code and love learning and using modern tools. You're also not shy implementing UI components in modern frameworks like React with Redux-Saga. You guide the team on software engineering best practices and set examples by using them in solutions that you build. As we grow, you will contribute to recruiting, leading, and mentoring our technical team.
